At imza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy applies to all purchases made throughout Egypt.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. In-Store Returns and Exchanges: You can return or exchange items at any imza store across Egypt. Please bring the item(s) along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Online Returns and Exchanges:
    • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@imzaeg.com or call

      (+2) 01141414345 to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

    • Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the package. Drop off the package at the nearest courier service location.
    • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the exchange or refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges

  1. In-Store Exchanges: You can exchange items for a different size, color, or style at any imza store across Egypt.
  2. Online Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item online, contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items
